Sure, this place has a lot of amenities (gym, pool, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, etc), but it's SHADY. The model apartment is near the front of the complex and looks nice, but drug deals are a regular thing in the back, and a couple of shootings have happened since I've been living here. I moved in because the rent was only around $300 (mine was $279, but they've raised it to $315 for the deluxe package), but I definitely didn't realize what I was getting myself into.

Pros:
Maintenance is usually pretty good and quick. Plenty of parking for residents, unless someone has an obnoxiously large party (but there is a tow service). The deluxe furnished units do have pretty nice furniture. There are plenty of grills for cooking out. Tiger Transit buses stop pretty regularly. The location is convenient to campus and downtown (you can walk to the stadium for games). When our appliances broke, they were quickly replaced.

Other Cons:
About half of the gym equipment is broken. People have sex in the hot tub often. The entire complex just had the plumbing redone, and it still leaks. There's not very much guest parking for a complex this size, and most of it is poorly lit. Noise is a problem, even Monday-Thursday, and especially during football season. Drug deals are a fact of Auburn Trail life. Mine and my roommates' cars have been egged and keyed by drunk people walking by. My roommates and I moved in early, but didn't get most of our furniture until long after the regular move-in date.
