I am currently a resident at Auburn Trail and have renewed my lease for a third year. I have no idea why there is so much negativity associated with its reputation. I think that people expect a little too much because I have friends that live at other apartments/condos, and for the apartment, amenities, service, etc., you won't find a better deal for college living in Auburn. All apartment complexes will have issues from time to time, but I think some people just aren't patient enough to deal with these issues realistically. The staff at Auburn Trail is wonderful and willing to help you as much as possible. I enjoy living here and hope to live here until I graduate!
