If you like the convience of buying drugs near or in your apt, roommates that have never graduated from high schoool, much less enrolled in any college, smokers when you say non smoking, theft, car break-ins and a leasing office that plays the see, hear, speak no evil game this is the place for you!!

I'm not sure who promised that Auburn Trail would only rent to students. As an accredited busines which follows government regulations, Auburn Trail is an equal opportunity housing institution. While the majority of residents are students, at no time should anyone be under the impression that the complex can or ever will rent only to students. As for the see, hear, speak no evil issue, the leasing office cannot be everywhere on the property at all times, so the staff cannot witness everything that happens at the apartment complex. If you witness any suspicious activity, as a concerned citizen, you should contact the Auburn police department.
