This place is not what it is made out to be. There is new management, but that only made it worse. Now every month, almost every resident goes over on their electrical allowance, and has to pay up to 20 dollars extra. In December, when all of my roommates and I weren't even there for half the month, they said we went over 8 dollars each. Maintenance requests are horrible. Guest parking, practically doesn't exist. There are wrecks every other day in the parking lot. People drive like maniacs and rearend you when you back out. There are just better places to live. The office people don't respect anyone unless you are an upper classmen. If you go in there, and your a freshman, even if you have more hours than them just from high school dual enrollment, they take you as a joke, and don't listen to a word you say. There are LOUD parties every other night. Their roommate service sucks too. This place pretty much ruined my first year at Auburn..
