I actually lived at LeMans Sqaure (same management/style/layout/relative location as Chateau). The management was always extremely helpful. Maintenance calls were answered within 24 hours. Maintenance was not good about cleaning up after themselves though. I found my toilet had been used while they had been there, and they didn't even have the courtesy to put the seat down! (I am a girl, so I KNOW I didn't leave it up!) I never felt safe in the apartments there. Once I tried to call security only to find that it had been disconnected. I had to call the police instead because my neighbor was beating his girlfriend outside my front door. I found that for the rent in Auburn, you can find a nicer place for the money. So my advice is to keep looking.
