I moved here in February and have had no problems at all. The management have been extra nice to me and my roommate. Everywhere remains clean. maintenance is quick to respond and even offer any free carpet cleaning that occurs from a faulty water heater/air conditioner, and repairs the problems within days. Its a great price for that area. It can be a little noisy with one or two choice people being a little too loud, but even that does not last long. I have left my door unlocked accidentally for over a week and had absolutely no problems. My car has never been messed with nor anyone else s on the front row as I can tell. The laundry mat is efficient and the pool stays clean as well. The apartment are not as NICE as some, but for the person who wants something decent for a good price, this place is great. Nice carpets, good kitchen, cheap power bills. I really do like this place.
