For a college town condominium complex, this place is pretty nice. The only downfall is this place is the only apartment/condo you can rent from, all the other condos are owned. That means while you might be a clean person, the person next door to you might be slobs who since they own the place, don?t have to clean up at all.
The area around the complex is kept clean, and if you have a problem with something in this particular unit the staff will call and come in the next day, I haven?t had problems with getting things fixed.
The only downfall about this place is that it is furnished. The appliances are a bit old, but they all work.
In regards to parking you have to be in by 9:30 or you might have to park far away from your building. I haven?t had anything stolen from my car, and the neighbors are nice (we even had a guy that lived on the second floor help us move our stuff in when we were settling in).

Okay. I don?t know what happened the last few months but everything went downhill. When we got a letter stating we had to deal with Auburn Realty instead of who we were dealing with, that?s when things went wrong. I had to move out of state, and told the leasing agency about it and they said as long as I can have someone there to pay it would be fine. Well I did, and they took his payment.
But a week before we were supposed to move out they said we had an illegal tennant and called our co-signers and said that our lease was terminated and we had to be out the next day or we would pay 100 for each hour we were still there. That meant we had no time to clean up the place and it was filthy. I don?t like to leave a place that way but when you are forced to leave that?s what happens. They lost our rent check for a month which never turned up.
And they charged us $10 dollars more than what our future tenants had to pay. If you are of another race or nationality don?t move there you will be charged extra.
They said that our lease was up, but it?s funny that the tenants before stayed extra while we had to wait to move in. So I don?t feel bad that we left the place as dirty as we received it. Oh and someone broke into the roomates car who moved in when I left.


You have been warned after living there 6 months stuff will hit the fan!!!
