I live(d) here for a year and generally liked it a lot. Safe. Many students live here, but it is pretty quiet, even on weekends.
Convenient to campus and shopping, but still nice to look out and see pastureland.
The floorplans are large, although not always convenient.
Office staff is friendly, although they are only open in the afternoon (and often not even then) so simple things like picking up packages can be frustrating.
