I have had THE BEST experience living at Hilltop Pines...my only regret is that I have to leave (due to transfer). The complex manager is super nice, whenever I've had issues (I think maybe one or two in 1.5 years!) maintenance is really quick to come out and get it repaired. It's quiet, definitely no stereos or parties at night. The pool is well maintained (I see them out at least twice a week to clean it). There are no pest issues. There's always ample parking. Neighbors are friendly, but not nosy, and definitely no loiterers.

No, it's not a gated super fancy community with tanning beds, gyms, and media centers, but it's clean, the apartments are huge and the staff definitely gets a thumbs up. There is NO better bargain in the A/O area. In short, I wish I could pick up this apartment complex and take it with me when I move! :(
