These units are older but strong and well built with a lot of insulation, I asked one of the maintenance guys that works at Lakewood Commons about thier construction, and he said that the company he works for manages about 10 apartments and condos and Lakewood Commons by far were the most solid and well insulated. I barely ever hear my neighbors. But my neighbors aren't Bass players or drummers. I don't ever hear their TV. I always felt safe going to my condo and my car has never been broken into, my unit is near the front. The people living here are nice mostly students but its not a party place. The land is well maintained the doggy poo can be annoying. The grass and bushes are always nicely trimmed. The pets here are great and the owner's share their pets with you if you want to pet them. The lake view is beautiful along with the woods. Its nice not to have to go to a laundry mat as its included with my condo along with a nice kitchen and large rooms.
