The new management company has a strange policy about not leaving ANYTHING on the porches, not even bikes or grills.

There are no ceiling light fixtures in the bedrooms or the living room.

There is only one cable jack and only one phone jack (both in the living room).

Residents can't park their cars well to save their lives.
