I rented the place because it looked nice over the internet and was the only affordable place to allow large dogs. Tremendous crime and noise problems (literally, drug dealings right in front of my apartment). I had to call the cops three times for gunshots, noise, and loitering. The management did NOTHING about it even when it was unsafe. Everyone at Auburn called Patio the ghetto and couldn't believed I lived there. AWFUL!
