I was in a hurry when moving to Auburn and Sawyer Realty had just purchased the apartments formally known as the Patio. The staff was in disarray but I thought it is a place to live. The place is crummy the plumbing sucks. The laundry room has more machines not working than working. Many of the tenets I had seen before on Americas Most Wanted. The whole time I was under lease I thought it will be over soon. After I moved out I received a bill from Sawyer totaling 200 bucks for fees after move out. I was in shock. I attempted to call and yet to get a call back on details of the bill. Part of the total was for utilities, the utilities were with the local power company not Sawyer. Sawyer is a scam. Stay away, run from this property.
