The carpets were filthy and old upon my move in. I had squirrels in the attic and staining on the ceiling from them living there... nothing was ever done to remove them! Jacuzzi was always broken. Train about one block away... very noisy. Many individuals who did not live in the complex would use the laundry facilities... again very little was done by the complex to remedy that situation.
