During my entire residency at the Patio, the property was a disaster. Right before I moved out new owners/management came and they were amazing. Problems that hadn't been fixed over the entire year were fixed within a week of them taking over. I wouldn't have recommended living there until now. It is going to be a great place to live, If I didn't already sign a lease I would have renewed my lease.
