We moved into Courtyards last year and it has continued to improve since. It isn't perfect, but I do not think the many places are when you are renting. Sawyer is no longer in charge of the property and more improvements have been made since they left including better maintenence people, grounds are better, new washers and dryers, office staff more responsive and some better neighbors. I think the place is definitely worth the looking. It all depends on what you are looking for. My husband and I like it though, enough to stay another year.
