I am a prospective tenant at University Heights. When i first visited the office the staff was very prompt and courteous and eager to answer any questions i had about the property. They told me of all of the community events that they have planned for the year. They have pool parties, game nights, and my favorite poker night. The many amenities include two pools, weight room, club house with a pool table, basketball and volleyball courts.
