I lived there for 2 years while I was both in college and after. I loved my time there and constantly received compliments about how classy the place was. The space is great, the lake behind is nice scenery, the pool was amazing, and up until the beginning of July this year the maintenance was really good (I've moved out since). In my desperate attempt to find something bad to say about the apartments so that you'll take my comments seriously I'll say this: My only bad experiences living there were because of living next to my redneck neighbors. They were very nice but a bit noisy.
