Amazing place to stay - I lived there for 2 years while I was both in college and after. I loved my time there and constantly received compliments about how classy the place was. The space is great, the lake behind is nice scenery, the pool was amazing, and up until the beginning of July this year the maintenance was really good (I've moved out since). Highly NOT Recommended I lived there a year and the lady that took up rent was completely short and totally rude. The staff seemed fair enough but she just ruined my impression of the entire office. I was a resident and customer and she did not treat me appropiatly and her phone manners were aweful

My Senor Year Here Was Awesome! I lived in many plases while I was in Auburn and my senior year I stayed at 221 and LOVED it! It was so convienent because it was 2 blocks from campus, the newness was a plus, and maintence was always on-task. I lived at two different places on South College

Graywood LOUD, LOUD, LOUD. The walls in these apartments are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing.
It would be a great place to live if it wasn't for that. Unfortunately, that is a pretty big drawback.

VERY NOISY, DIRTY, MAINTENANCE IS AWFUL, LAWN MAINTENANCE VERY RARELY HAPPENS. DRUG DEALS ARE LITERALLY TAKING PLACE NEXT DOOR AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. BE SURE TO LOCK YOUR DOORS AND KEEP A GUN NEAR BY AT ALL TIMES!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME I moved to University Heights in Aug. 2008 and haven't had any problems so far. The staff is friendly. Parking is exceptional in comparison to other apartments. Great amenties: pool, tanning bed, workout room, computer lab, club house. The community is safe
