Great Place and Staff - I have lived at Patio since 2006. The new company took over in 2007 and changed the name to The courtyards at Auburn and changed everything about the property. I have been very happy with the whole team and have never had a problem that they did not take care of ASAP! Best Place at AU This is the nicest place I have lived in Auburn, it is walking distance from campus and really spacious. The mgt people do their job so parking is never and issue. Its practically new so no problems and they are super fast with repairs. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Greens Great place to live. Alot of fun things to do in a non party environment. The only drawback is staffing. Some are rude and will actually yell at you for taking the carts off the path. I for one do not pay to live somewhere to be yelled at. There are other ways of handling

I love it here! I love living at the greens. It is not a "college apartment". You dont get the noisy party kids. I am in college myself and it is hard to study with all the distractions and it is peaceful and quiet here. With rent you get unlimited tanning, gym, pool, and golf.

HORRIBLE I absolutely HATED living here. My apartment was robbed while I was away studying at the library. The fact that they say they are a gated community means NOTHING, considering half the time the gates are always open. My security system was broken at the time and maintenance never came

Ok place to stay I lived here for a year and loved the place. you will have plenty of room. The pool is nice but the gym needs a little work kind of run down. the only things that sucked was the trash was far to walk to but u can deal with it. The apartment didn't have washer & dryers in them

happy This property is not new but it is well maintained. It is in a great location which makes it easy to get around, even in a University town! They went under new ownership and management in 2008 and also put an office on site which makes it very easy.
