compared to what you have to choose from, it's worth the money - This was my first apartment to ever live in, and it was the best experience I could have ever asked for. The view wasn't the best out of my window, but it was quiet, the ceilings were vaulted, the windows were huge, and I was just happy with the overall layout. Anytime I had a problem, even if Stephanie wasn't in the office, I would leave her a message, and she would get it done ASAP. ...Full review of Jemison Flats

The bus comes right to the leasing office to pick up and drop off the kids. Maintenance is great and the staff is always willing to work with you. They also have washer and dryers in the apartment ...Full review of Carson Landing Apartments

The maintenance and staff were friendly and approachable. They knew most tenants by their names and treated everyone fairly. They were also eager to respond to my needs. If anything needed to be repaired, such as, a leaky toilet and ceiling, ...Full review of Highland Ridge

It's alright. Good for a college/graduate student. - Here's the pros: Spacious newly repainted maintenance is friendly and fix problems the first time you call washer and dryer hookups comes with a dishwasher (!!) the neighbors are quiet and respectful - I've never heard anything except the neighbor walking upstairs, which happens in 40-year-old buildings like this one. SUPER close to the UAB campus - about 3 minutes' drive - I ...Full review of The Hillside
