NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! autumn village worst place ever - My husband and I relocated here for his job. Word to the wise, everything is not what it seems. The place was nice when we moved in. Then things started going down hill. The neighbors keep their trash out side of their door. Causing roaches down the breeze way. We called and complained and have taken pictures to the manager to show how bad things were. Still to this day things have not ...Full review of Autumn Village

Poor maintenance - I've lived in these apartments for a little over 5 years now. The first few years were great. Maintenance was very responsive and efficient, the grounds were kept clean and management was excellent. In the last couple of years however these things have continued to go downhill. I have had several problems reported multiple times with no resolution after 2-3 months. The exercise room as ...Full review of Inverness Landing

RUN - The Heights, as it is now called is awful! The staff is extremely rude as soon as they know your lease is signed. When you call they do not help and if they get upset even if you are not cursing or raising your voice they hang up in your face. This "new" office staff has even hung up on my mother, which is beyond rude. She does not curse or scream so the fact they would do that ...Full review of The Heights

Stay Away from Building 10! - I lived in this building with my girlfriend for about a year. The guy in 1001 constantly played music loudly - so loudly that we could not sleep at night. Complaining to management did nothing. Calling after hours security (when he was around) did nothing - his response was "the guy doesn't have a lot of furniture, that's why it's so loud." All of this inspite of the fact ...Full review of Colonial Village at Trussville

Nice place to start out - I have lived here for 2 years my lease is up in December and I do plan on moving out. I have a one bedroom apartment and my gas bill is outrageous!!! It is over a hundred dollars in the winter and it is just me. In the winter roaches are terrible but I stay by the lake so I guess that is kind of expected but still not acceptable. The maintenance is great. The guys are very friendly and ...Full review of Colonial Village at Inverness

Save Your Cash! - This place sucks! It is SO not worth what we pay. We pay almost $1000/month for a two bedroom apt! Don't be fooled by the price they quote you because by the time they factor in your garbage fees and THE WATER TO FILL UP THE POOL you are paying almost $1000/month!! Also, new "management" says that residents can only have a maximum of 2 guests at the pool and NO PARTIES. Wonder why ...Full review of Regents Walk Apartments

Charming place, marred by being old - The apartments themselves are less than average. They're cooled by window units; heated by radiators and have circuits that I had never seen before. The walls are thick but the floors are wooden. You will hear every step of those above you. We had maintenance visit relatively frequently. The power went out a couple times late at night for a long while. We had an electrical outlet malfunction ...Full review of Redmont Gardens

This is a money making scam, this complex - These people are Scam artists. I am glad I had the money to pay them off, or else it would have been worse. They wait until you renew your lease and tell you it renews automatically on the date you originally signed, and they will get it to you. This never happens. They change the dates of your lease so when you move out you ALWAYS owe them money for rent even after you have left. Every ...Full review of Colonial Grand at Mountain Brook

Rebate from mynewplace.com - I searched the internet before we decided to move into Wood Springs Apartments; my husband (who did not search the internet)put on our lease agreement we heard about it from the "internet".
