Excellent - This is one of the best apartments that I have ever lived in. The ONLY thing that was a negative was the noise from the Interstate which you got used to. HUGE garage - it is a one car garage but you can fit two end to end. Real nice patio. The Best - In my opinion, The Village at Caldwell Mill is the best apartment complex in Birmingham. The management staff is very nice and professional. The maintenance staff repairs any problems that I have reported immediately. The other tenants are nice, as well. The Village is very much a family environment.
