Jemison Flats

compared to what you have to choose from, it's worth the money - This was my first apartment to ever live in, and it was the best experience I could have ever asked for. The view wasn't the best out of my window, but it was quiet, the ceilings were vaulted, the windows were huge, and I was just happy with the overall layout. Anytime I had a problem, even if Stephanie wasn't in the office, I would leave her a message, and she would get it done ASAP. ...Full review of Jemison Flats

Excellent - This is one of the best apartments that I have ever lived in. The ONLY thing that was a negative was the noise from the Interstate which you got used to. HUGE garage - it is a one car garage but you can fit two end to end. Real nice patio. Each bedroom has a private bath - and there is also one on the living level - 3 floors - good exercise - there is no live on staff but they were excellent ...Full review of Blue Ridge Villa

Perfect Place to live - We moved in to Chapel Park after a terrible experience at another apartment complex in Hoover. This was back in the early 90's. The management was great. My two kids would come home from the elementary school and management would make sure they got in and were okay. Never had any issues either with the building, maintenance or management. We had to break out lease because a house ...Full review of Chapel Park Apartments

Awesome! - I ve resided at Highland Ridge apartments for three years (June 06-09), and I must say that I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The maintenance and staff were friendly and approachable. They knew most tenants by their names and treated everyone fairly. They were also eager to respond to my needs. If anything needed to be repaired, such as, a leaky toilet and ceiling, ...Full review of Highland Ridge

stayed a year and really liked it - I really enjoyed my stay at Long Leaf. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The basketball hoop was really nice for a guy like me who loves to play basketball a lot. I liked the swimming pool. The air-conditioning was good. Heating system sometimes got a bit hot but overall ok. I liked having a washer and dryer in my apartment as well as a dishwasher and fridge with icemaker.....that ...Full review of Longleaf Lodge

The Best - In my opinion, The Village at Caldwell Mill is the best apartment complex in Birmingham. The management staff is very nice and professional. The maintenance staff repairs any problems that I have reported immediately. The other tenants are nice, as well. The Village is very much a family environment. The apartments has ample space, two outside storage units and a beautiful layout. ...Full review of Village at Caldwell Mill

:,( hate to leave. - I loved Chestnut Tree Apartments. I have never lived in an apt before I moved to B'ham for school. I first chose a HORRIBLE apt on Lorna road. I quickly started to look for other places when the cops showed up EVERY NIGHT! One of the officers suggested Chestnut Tree. After looking and being disappointed at almost every apt I went to, my mom and I came across Chestnut Tree. I have to say ...Full review of Chestnut Tree Apartments

Ideal - Carriage Court is an ideal apartment for my needs. I work at UAB hospital, and I am also a student at UAB. When I first moved to Birmingham last year, I wanted an apartment for under $700/month. The only places I found were either not very nice in downtown/Southside area, or too far away. Parking was a problem (curbside). My savings on parking, gas, insurance and travel time ...Full review of Carriage Court
