My apartment was bad at first, but it got better - My apartment had a leak in the roof, it was not bad, but the maintenance said that they "fixed" it 3 times. BEST PLACE IN DOWNTOWN BIRMINGHAM - So I've lived in the Birmingham area for more than 10 years and this is by far the best apartment home I ve encountered. I've lived in Hoover and the Southside and lakeshore ridge is the safest and most accommodating community.
