run the office staff is very rude and during all the crap that they did here never once sent out a letter letting anyone know what and when they was going to do anything and BUGS omg they are over ran with roaches and AMBER in the office is rude and not much i can say about the manager becouse he is never there always gone expecially on friday i have tried to catch him several times and always get told that he is eithier gone or will be back soon and never returns a call as i have left my number several times and i am still waiting on that call back and maintenance OMG thats another story for hoover it sucks and in my option will never get any better than it is until they get SOMEONE in the office thats there or can attempt to try and do something about your problems even overheard AMBER say "they can wait they are just mexcians" no personalty at all i am going to write the home office about all this and maybe they can come themselves and see maybe get someone that gives a damn about who is playing their salaries....i will be so glad when my lease is up in jan i am outta here and dont go there about all the parties they have and hoover does nothing about it take my advice and go somewhere else and rent and dont give this place the time of day
