I would not recommend Alpine Village unless you can't do any better. I feel the management does all they can to get the problems solved. But the advertisement for the apartment complex is very misleading. I should have done more research but I didn't so I can only fault myself. And the parking is horrendous. I should have gotten a hint when management keep saying parking is first come first serve. And I was told several times to get renters insurance. When I first moved in all my requests were done in a very timely manner. The exercise room is NOT really as the treadmill does not work and it is very small and very smelly. The tenants are nice but have their own culture and bylaws they seem to go by. The last post stated Chris and Paula but I have never meet them don't know if they are still here. I was serviced by someone else.
