Don't think twice about this place

Only been here a few months and it's terrible.
Parking is terrible. Not enough spots for all the people living here. You have to fight for a spot, and if you don't get one and end up having to park in the grass management will have you toed. It's not your fault they have 20 people living in the place under me, but they'll still toe your car when it's their fault you have no where to park.
Management does not care about the people that live here.
When I moved in back in June we had a terrible leak in our roof.
It's October and it's finally fixed.
Management will walk into your place without any warning. No notice, no nothing. I was asleep and woke up to a group of construction workers in my closet!!!!
(I'm a 23 year old female)
There is a serious bug problem. We leave the kitchen light on at night to keep the bugs from running around on the counter tops.
Walls are paper thin. People living here are loud and rude. Most mornings I'm woken up by people pulling up and honking until the person they're picking up comes out to meet them. Usually around 6am.
The power goes on and off randomly... usually making me late for work.
The management runs from problems. Had to threaten them to get anything done. And even then it took months.
The laundry room is filthy and you'd be better off washing your clothes in your bathtub.
The gym is not a gym at all. It's a small dark room with broken equipment. Going anytime as a woman is dangerous here.
You can't walk to your car without hearing cat calls and vulgar language.
The police have told me face to face that they're watching this place because lots of drug deals go down here.
It's a terrible place to live.
Look else where if you're able.
