I lived at Ascot for over 4 years and I cannot complain.
The staff are very nice and they go out of the way to help you. Any repairs are done very, very quickly; pest control will visit your apartment each month if you want to. The grounds are always well kept and the neighbors are very nice.
Free cable that includes HBO1, HBO2, HBO-Family, ESPN1, ESPN 2, FOX Sorts South, Lifetime, HGTV, CNN, Fox News, Spike TV, CMT, TBN, TNT, TLC, BET, WGN, VH1, USA, etc. Water is also free with your rent (washer and dryer connections are available in all units and on site)
The units are all electric and very well insulated (trust me you will appreciate this in the winter months)
Courtesy officers are available, active and visible on the property. The close circuit security cameras are viewable from your own apartment. Pool and Parking permit are given to all residents. Playground area, Tennis Court, Pool, very safe for children and pets. No loitering or soliciting allowed.
When I moved the staff were fair and patience with me. I changed my moving date several times and they worked with me, and did not stop treating me very nice, even though I was moving.
I highly recommend Ascot Place Apartments, give them a call to set a tour of the complex.
