I stayed in this apartment complex for a little over a year. The maintenance is poor and the management staff are rude. I had problems with a leaking faucet that they just could not get someone to come down and fix. After several calls I had to give up and live with it. The front of my apartment being on the lower floor and not quite visible was rarely ever cleaned. To cap it all, I had break-in 10 months into my lease in broad daylight - none of the staff showed any concern , although I reported the incident and know that they are not liable, but at least it happened on their property! It was only later I learnt that similar break-ins had occured in other parts of the complex. When I was moving out, I left my apt spotlessly clean, did a walk-thru with the leasing agent and signed the paper work. But when I followed up my deposit check several months after, they had lost the paperwork and claimed that never happened! Unfortunately I never made a copy of the paperwork so it was my word against theirs. I advise all you guys living there to make copies of your paperwork so that you will not get conned the same way I did.
