Aspen Ridge Apartments

Would not recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004   I have lived here for almost 7 years. The first 1 or 2 was wonderful. Since then management has changed has at least twice. Each time it's bought, management and service gets worse. It took 1 year and a call from my insurance agent to get them to fix a faulty light in the bathroom. Last yeat it took 6 months for them to fix my dishwasher (which was still full of water). The only way it got fixed was I send a letter to the holding company in Texas and threatened to pay for the repair with my rent money. When they finally fixed it, they splashed water all over my kitchen and used my throw rugs to get up the water. The grounds aren't kept up and the place is always dirty. The apartments are huge for the price but not worth it.
