First of all, we were misinformed with what apartment we were going to receive before we moved in. We were supposed to receive a two bedroom one bath, but when we came in to sign the lease they told us there weren't any available. And we had already put our deposit down for the two bedroom one bath. So they gave us a two bedroom two bath. After moving in we were told to make a list of all the repairs needed to the apartment. It took maintenance two months before coming to make those repairs. During the course of residing in Aspen Ridge our air conditioning went out, the water heater stopped working twice in one month, we couldn't get out on our balcony half the time because the door was stuck, we had rodents in our apartment, our bathroom sink was stopped up for two weeks before they came to fix it, our ceiling had a leak in it, one of our toilets ran all the time, our balcony doors had a gap in between them where bugs could in and it was hard to keep the living room warm in the winter because of the gap, and even with all of this happening we still paid our rent and water bill to them with no delay. We never were late and now that we have moved out it took them over five months for us to contact them to receive our security deposit.
