I live the two bedroom and two bath with my roommate. when we look at our apartment, we did not notice the screendoor was installed. After we move in, the nightmare began. During the a year, we told the staff many times we need the screendoor, the answer always the screendoor were not available. some days in the first year, the outside is very noisy, a lot of towing cars work outside, when i asked the staff what is wrong. the answer is not your business, very rude.This year, our car CD players were stolen during the night. because we are too busy to find a better apartment, we decide to renew the lease. before we the lease, we ask the staff if they have the screendoor. the answer is yes, they will install in on friday and they will clean carpet. i came back after two weeks vacation,nothing happened. we went to office again and again, at last, the manager said she promise to install it at the end of friday, the result is same. Next monday we came to office again, the staff said today and the maitainace staff give the guarantee too. the result is still same. we felt angry and came to office next day, the black lady is rude just said next day. on wednesday , after i went to the office twice, made call every a hour, finally, we got the screendoor installed.i feel very very bad about it,the room is very nice but all of the staffs are liars, they do not know how to respect their costomer, seem never get the education. god bless me to move out next year! trust me, never never live here,it is nightmare
