Aspen Ridge Apartments, Aspen Trail, Aspen Run all have to be the worst apartments in the world to live in. Aspen Ridge as well as the rest is managed by Fifteen Group in Miami, Florida. Most of the staff at all locations are extremely rude and highly uneducated and very disrespectful. The common things that you expect from management take an act of Congress to resolve. The management is very mischievous and they will steal from you. The entire staff is extremely money hungry, I am not sure if its Aspens fault or Fifteen Group. The management will have your vehicle towed and claim you were parking in wrong areas when there is no towing clause in the lease whatsoever. The same parking spaces will be occupied by other tenants and their vehicles will not be towed, management parks in handicap spaces as well as many other unauthorized spaces and their vehicles seem to never get towed, go figure. There are so many horrible things that I can say about that place, but I will try to stick to the main points, oh by the way towing costs $150.00 and your vehicle is moved to a remote location. Management doesnt have vehicle tag numbers on file and nor will they alert you before towing, you just come outside and your car is gone. I know residents who have had vehicles stolen from that place. Courtesy officers, where' I have never seen anyone that was one; they wouldnt offer anyone a discount anyway. Aspen requests 60 day notices giving them extra time to make money off of you. Pest problems, roaches are rampant Aspen does not have Apartments sprayed, even if you request. The old buildings are infested with roaches, also the roofs leaked continually in my building and mold spores grew, one of my neighbors roof collapsed in her bathroom and it took Aspen at least three weeks to resolve the matter and she had to literally beg them to come and fix the matter. Note: Aspen did not offer her another place to stay during the interim. Crime, Aspen Ridge Apartments became so infamous that they made the news. Local Fox news reported that there were several incidents in which residents homes were being broken into, but the catch is that the culprits actually had master keys to enter the residence. The issue became very bad, one resident reported 5K-10K worth of items stolen and went to the news because Aspen didnt care and didnt offer to help and was very rude; later Aspen requested that she move out of the complex. Maintenance, never come you have to call persistently and practically beg for them to fix anything and unless its a heat problem they wont come. I had persistent hot water and heat problems and none of the maintenance staff was fluent in resolving my matters. The best thing that ever happen to me was to move away from there, one of the worst things that happened to me was experiencing living there. Aspen will rent to anyone, they send out constant threatening letters to residents about various issues that are usually very minute, but they will not help or inform residents of things that will matter to them most. Loitering is very persistent illegal aliens live in the community. The public Laundromats have cold water only and Aspen will not fix the hot water and the Laundromats are very unclean, unsanitary and nasty to be put at best. There are two things that you can count on Aspen Ridge to do, One: Deposit rent checks immediately. Two: Constantly threaten residents and mistreat them. Great Job Aspen!! Those are two things that I can defiantly say that they are consistent on doing.

I t-totally agree with all of the above. There is no one handicapped in my complex and I parked in the handicap parking space 1 night because all of the additional parking spaces were filled and also because I was 5 months pregnant and lo and behold, at 2:37 in the morning, I GOT A PARKING TICKET! I am still waiting for mtn request from 9/03, and the staff is constantly unprofessional, the mtn staff are thugs that constantly cruise on the staff carts all day smoking blunts.
