Aspen Ridge has been a nightmare. I am currently moving out. They have several apartments that have been flooded with raw sewage. I have called the health department, but Aspen still have not done anything. They have problems with growing mold.They will tell you that they spray monthty, but I have not seen any pesticide control in over 6 months. They have apartments with a/c units out. They have miscredited accounts and then put attorney letters on your doors. Honsetly, I don't think any once in their offices should not work there. As a matter of fact they need to tear down all of their properties and start over.
