Aspen Ridge Apartments

BEWARE!!!!- SLUM VILLAGE From: fedupwfam15 Date posted: 12/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The atmosphere of Aspen Ridge is depressing. The scenery is never maintained or upkept, the only area that is well lit is the rent office and that's sad considering when you enter the complex that the area around the sign is not lit. There is no background check so all illegal aliens,drug dealers, prostitutes, and junk yard owners are welcome because you can store all of your broke down cars in the parking lot and anything thing (trash, broke furniture) in the breeze way. The staff members are lazy (i.e. I've been waiting for 2 years for a maintenance request and the staff just drives around in the cart smoking blunts), and also they will easily put renewing lease/paying rent early flyers under your door or inside your mailbox but they will embarrass you if there is either a computer input error on your rent and you so happen to owe on your rent or if rent/utilities have increased. Laymans terms- This is Slum Village, I'll rather live in the alley.
