I have lived in Aspen Ridge for 4 years now. When I first moved here things were ok, I did not have any problems whatsoever. They were under different management then. This past year has not been good. I have had problems with my dishwasher since i moved here. Everytime I use it, it stops up. I have called management several times in the last year to have the problem fixed. They have not fixed anything. Imagine having dirty dishwater standing in your apartment for days. I also have had several problems with the having running water in my kitchen. The staff here is horrible. They are very nonchalant and unconcerned with your issues and problems. With all of the problems here they trust to have rent so expensive! It's not worth it. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease. I plan to move to Park Place. I have heard good things. I also have to deal with the constant noise from my neighbors. every other day there is someone arguing and serious commotion at 1am or later in the morning. And believe it or not, the people that are keeping up the commotion are the ones that work in the leasing office. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate. They should know how to conduct themselves. Dont move in. This is not the place to live

This is a lie. I know for a fact there is only one office employee who lives on site and has never had any commotion or any sort of complaints. The truth is bad enough about Aspen Ridge but don't make up lies and tell, obviously you don't really have anything to tell so you had to make up something.

No, you are a lie. I know for fact that the property mgr and all aspen empoyees lived on site. As a matter of fact, the property manager's mother lived next door until corporate found out and made her leave.
