First of all, they change their property names constantly. Secondly, all of the Aspen properties are garbage. It took weeks for the heat to get fixed in the winter time. Then the AC went out during the summer and it took just as long for that to get fixed. The name is Highland view now I believe, but may change again soon. There were constant reports of theft and break ins. Don't move here. Also they never returned my deposit.
