What has happened since Miles Properties took over' There are constant problems! They spent all kinds of money on the office and outside of the buildings, but nothing was done to the inside. It advertises newly remodeled apartments...whatever! They show you a nice model with new cabinets, then when you move in your cabinets are falling off the wall! Don't listen to them! The staff is constantly changing, which I don't blame them for leaving. The only person I could get to help me was Krista the manager and now she's gone...go figure. She was probably tired of all the complaints of the apartments falling apart. Do not move to any of the 3 complexes....Highland Peak, Highland View or Highland Bluff, they are all the same!!! And be careful where you park or they will tow your car!

Yeah those sorry ass security guards they have, that's all they do is tow but could not respond to a murder on property while they where on duty all they do is stay in the ------- laundry room doing each other instead of being out on the property foot patroling their rounds I'm glad I am out of there that was the worst experience in my life Hell my boyfriend is in Iraq now and he said Iraq was easier to live in than Highland Peak. Miles Properties U can kiss my Ass and go ---- off that's for all the sorry ass mgt @ Peak and your sorry ass staff @ Peak and all of Miles Properties -------s ---- YOU!
