Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I only lived here for a year, and it was not a pleasent experience. Maintenance virtually didn't exist. The office personnel were unhelpful, in fact The office personnel refused to repair a waterleak in my bathroom ceiling, leaving a 2'x2' hole in my ceiling for 7 months. The 5 people living in the one bedroom apt upstiars were favored over me, eventhough they urinated and vomited off the balcony onto my patio. I called the police many times over the year that I lived there, but got no resolve. The office's suggestion was that I move out! My lease expired on October 31,2002. I got a notice of renewal, which turned out to be an actual NON RENEWAL on October 26, 2002. Their reason' "I was unhappy there." I NEVER got a chance to move out before owing the Month-to-Month rental rate increase of $95.00 a month!
