These apartments are so ran down with no maintenance help at all. The roaches are out of control-ewww! They rasie the rent, and then turn around and start charging for water. Every month they leave notes on everyone door reminding them rent is due (and this is done even before the 1st of the month. For new unfortunate tenants, the carpets are cleaned and treated but for those with a renewed lease and wants their carpet cleaned... FORGET IT... Won't Happen.. Constant water and sewage work and still have leaks. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you are desperate and like living with insects.
