When I 1st started here, Aspen Trail sucked a__! After being under new management, they're great. They fix things now and even call you back as a follow up. They've stepped up their game some, but it's too late for me. It's free cable w/HBO. AS OF APRIL ASPEN TRAIL NO LONGER PAYS WATER, but your billsshould be no more than 20-30 per month. As someone who had it free and now it's not, I might as well get a house. The suites (which makes you live in Aspen Run) are great, secluded and my neighbors were awesome. Parking is horrible during holidays. Neighbors drop mail onthe ground all of the time. Oh, stay away from Teletha at Aspen Trail she has a very NASTY ATTITUDE! I would still reccommend because they base their credit checks on a 70% credit rating. So you have a chance.
