Really Bad Bad Bad place to live

The management was really nice when I moved in, only after i called to see if I had been accepted. They never called me back, after I applied to live there. I should've run away then.
Right after I moved into my one bedroom apartment, 6 guys moved in right above me also a one bedroom apartment. The noise was incredible. They played very loud music most of the time, and I would call the office and no one would respond, so I would call the police, late at night. I would later report this to the office. No response. In December my bathroom ceiling started leaking. I reported it. They patched the ceiling, and it kept leaking. Finally the ceiling fell in, and I called, they wouldn't fix it. It leaked for a year. When it came time for my lease to be renewed they refused, but only after I called the day my lease was up. I got no notice of non-intent to renew. Their reason' I complained too much about the noise upstairs and about a leak they could not find...(remember my ceiling fell in')
