i lived in the building that burned. your information is totally wrong about no roof over our heads. i as well as many others were very pleased with the way the manager and her entire staff pulled together working to way past midnight as well as days on end to get things straight for everyone. we all had a new apartment by the end of the night. granted we lost everything but we were given new apartments to live in. i was fortunate enough to have renters insurance so all of my belongings were replaced but those who chose not to purchase the insurance did lose everything but again, office personel collected clothing, furniture, personal items, and shoes for days. THE FIRE ALSO DID NOT START FROM WIRING. IT STARTED FROM AN ACCIDENT ON ONE OF THE RESIDENTS PART. It is unfortunate that you have had a bad experience but please dont speak for those of us who actually experienced this horrible tragedy. the staff at aspen trail is wonderful.
