My advice' Don't move here.

Look long and hard before moving here. This place is not worth the headache. It is loud, maintenance is non-existent, and the office staff is rude and unprofessional. I was told that my rent would go up no more than $10 every time I renewed my lease, yet they try to jack it up by at least $20 a month when I renew. Plus water used to be included in rent, but now they charge a $20 a month flat fee. So to me, that is like a $20 bump in rent, and that doesn't include the $15 increase they put on my rent. I forgot to pay my water bill the first month that they charged for water, and they put a very nasty notice on my door saying that I would be evicted if I did not pay within 3 days. And every notice that they leave is left at about 11 pm on Friday night, so that you have the entire weekend to panic and stress about possibly being evicted. When you try to clear things up with management, they treat you like a liar and a criminal. The only reason that I am still here is that I live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford moving expenses at this point. The only positive thing that I can say about this place is at least I don't here as many gunshots as I used to.
