I was a resident of Aspen Trail for 8 years, and in that time I saw the quality of service there decline dramatically. Maintenance was once efficient and organized, but near the end of my stay it was nearly impossible to get something fixed. My biggest complaint is a result of moving out. I paid a $150 deposit when I moved in, and worked hard to clean my apartment so that it would be refunded. I was promised a full refund, and now ? five months later, I am calling the office every week trying to get them to send me my check. I keep getting empty promises. I am sure that management is busy, but part of managing is knowing how to get small things handled so that you can move on to bigger issues. Aspen Trail seems to do neither ? instead they seem to just let everything pile up! I didn?t feel safe there near the end of my stay ? I would hear gunshots on occasion, I heard about a few purse snatchings and break-ins, and the complex was getting very loud.

The apartments are decent for the price ? but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!!
