I moved into this apt. on Oct 4th, first i was unable to even see my apt until the day my lease was signed. The apt was not ready, it had not been cleaned nor painted. It took another 3 days to have that done and they asked me if i wanted the entire apt painted''' This is crazy, "Don't I live in the entire apt.'" but i let them go with just touching up some bad spots. 2 weeks later my power was turned off becuz i had not transferred service in my name yet, which is when I discovered that my lease didn't even have my address on it. I had no power for 4 days and when I called the rent office an employee got an attitude with me as if it was my fault. Al Power said they never physically disconnected power, the complex did. If things could be any worse at this point my apt was broken into on the 30th of the same month. I hadn't been there a month yet, the only things stolen from my apt was FOOD from my freezer, amazing I know. The icing on the cake was that an advertisement was in my door when I came home to discover my door open regarding a halloween party, which means they put it there after the door was opened!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told by maintenance that the entire door and frame would be replaced the next day, here it is 5 days later and i haven't even received a phone call from the establishment and of course the door hasn't been replaced. I CAN'T LOCK MY APT FROM THE OUTSIDE! :( I am so far past furious with this complex, please don't go, please please please.

I only wish I had the opportunity to view a "rating' before I moved into this same property & NOW THEY'VE BEEN CHANGED TO ACCEPT 'SECTION 8.' Since I've lived here, the management staff has changed more times than the weather. I've had several problems with water damage from an upstairs apartment & had had to BEG & PLEAD with Management for Maintenance to come out to take care of the problem. But in my opinion, the office staff should always treat residents with respect and an intelligent/humble attitude. I realize that people can "PUSH YOUR BUTTONS" to make you get on the defensive, but at the end of the day, the residents actually make it possible for their salaries to be paid!!

I lived here for about six months and it was the worst experience of my life. I felt like I lived in the worst projects on earth. The management is very rude and care nothing about your issues with the property. I held out for as long as possible until I could no longer fight with all the roaches that infested my apartment. I bombed it several times but could not get rid of the roaches. When I complained to management they offered to move me to a new building but wanted to charge me astronomical fees for moving. I mean it is not my fault that the building is roach infested I even had a healt department representative come out and check. Someone in my building was actually breeding roaches and the management could care less. DO NOT!!!!DO NOT!!! move here
