I have lived here for a year now. When I first moved in the door was stuck in such a odd angle it would not open at all. It took almost a month for this to be corrected and by correcting I mean make worse. They took a hammer to the door and cracked it to the ceiling. On the very next day my ''new'' cabinets fell apart. About two months later my air conditioning unit broke down. Even though they were installing new units into vacant apartment. Kitchen tile was horribly stained. The whole experience has been terrible. And a neighbor had her car broken into twice as well as her mail box.

Management has changed SEVERAL times over the last seven years - most recently even made the newspaper for NOT paying their mortgage to the bank; are now accepting SECTION 8 TENANTS, maintenance requests are responded to when THEY decide to respond, they're only interested in doing outside/cosmetic beautifications, outside building lighting is non-existent after dark IN SOME AREAS, which causes safety hazard because 24 hour security for grounds has been done away with. Office does not keep promise to give referral fees when new tenants move in!! To top it off, one car was vandalized & one stolen in my parking lot!!
