Please do your research prior to renting an apartment in this community. As a resident of this community since 1999, I?ve found that this community no longer cares about the well being of it?s tenants...maintenance has become very slack, as well as assitance from office personnel to resolve any issues experienced on the property. Names, faces and personnel change so rapidly, it?s hard to remember a name. I received a memo recently indicating management of the property had changed, but office personnel will not reveal who the new owners are. I?m requesting that information because my complaints are being ignored, so I feel as though I should take it a step further. Please be informed before leasing property in the community; whether it be talk to those already present or search websites, but please find out all you can before entering into a lease. My review is based on my personal experiences, and my own opinions.
