I lived in a three bedroom two bath flat. The service and maintenance at this place is TERRIBLE. We had countless problems and I don?t think any of them were fixed by the time we got the hell out of there. The biggest problem was our AC did not work. It would run, but would not cool. During the summer months our AC would run constantly and the thermometer would 80 to 85 degrees. The maintenance guy came out a few times (only after we would hound them on the phone to please send someone out). He would stand there with a blank expression on his face and say to me "I just can?t figure out why it?s not working right". Then he came up one night and said that our hot water heater had been leaking in the apartment below ours. That was an aggravation. But the worst part was our power bill surged 3 to 400 dollars. I told the guy, " our bill is $400 this month, it is 85 degrees, we are running fans in every room just to make it semi-liveable, please fix this or the complex should chip in on our power bill". Of course that got no where. My roommate?s car was vandalized, there were fires, the cops were there a lot, and there were always shady looking characters walking all around the complex that came in from the neighboring complex. The trash compacter was a nightmare. They would let it overflow for a few weeks before it would be emptied. It stunk and there would be cats and dogs all over trying to forage for food. It looked and smelled like a dump. Do yourself a favor, keep looking. Do not let them fool you, because what I listed here is not all of the complaints that we had about this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
