The apartment itself is nice and roomy. No complaints about the location either. The management is awful and the maintenance is not just the worst i've ever seen, its the worst I've ever even heard of! My apartment's parking lot has had a stretch of pavement missing, revealing a gigantic mudhole for months, with nothing being done or even said about it! The retaining wall that holds up Tyler Road is now actually leaning over the parking area and has several large and dangerous looking cracks which cannot but effect its structural integrity. This has also been the case for months. There is also a hole in the entrance drive that has been there for a while. None of these eyesores has once been addressed, explained, or even seemingly noticed by management yet. Parking is a disaster and I believe that if there were a fire down at the end of one of the buildings the people in it would simply have to die or jump out and aim for the mudholes. Rent notices have several times been very late and we had to call to get our apartment sprayed for roaches three times before anyone came out. The maintenance guy said he came out the first time but left no note or anything. Then when he came after the third call he left like five notes laying everywhere around the apartment. We were very insulted by this and have not bothered to call the idiots for anything else that needs to be done. I just do it myself. In short, if you really want to live in hell move here now.
