Indifferent management

The management is very indifferent. They are not in the office during the hours that they proclaim to be in the office. If you place a work order, you may have to place two more so that the problem will finally get fixed. When we did our walk through on moving day, there was food dried and stuck to the walls and cabinets. There were chunks of food dried in the dishwasher. When the manager was made aware of the problem he seemed indifferent. The walls were clearly not painted due to the dried dirt and build up on them. In the bathroom, it only got worse. There was hair and nasty drippings on the wall. The mold build up in the bathroom and kitchen were obvious to the naked eye. I would never suggest my friends, family or even my enemies move into this place. If you are here, get out while you can. The air conditioners don't work well. As long as the management is comfortable in their offices and not bothered by these things, everything is fine.
